SIGNATURE TREATMENTS
An Apple a Day
Grown on the high-altitude western slopes of the Rocky Mountains is Colorado's
largest fruit crop, apples. The phrase, "An apple a day keeps the doctor away"
comes true with a crisp, refreshing body prescription that exfoliates, cleanses
and nourishes the skin. Streams of massage jets and a cascading waterfall shower
enhance the treatment.
Blue Spruce Sap and
Soak
A relaxing hydrotherapy soak in detoxifying mineral salts prepares the body for
a warm sap spread made from Colorado blue spruce in a shea butter base. This
healing and hydrating sap quickly absorbs into the body while it is wrapped,
leaving no sticky residue. Nourishment continues for days.
Roaring Rapids
A hydrotherapy massage experience similar to that of white water rafting
includes an aromatic Rocky Mountain essential oil blend. Powerful
multidirectional water jets provide the benefits of a deep tissue massage.
Champagne Powder Wrap
A warm compound of raw sugar, wild honey and milk mixed with a tincture of Rocky
Mountain plants and herbs is gently massaged onto the body before it is wrapped
in a cocoon of warm sheets to soak tired muscles and limbs. After the wrap, an
application of rich lotion with a faint sparkle leaves skin feeling smooth,
hydrated and well nourished.
Fun-in-the-Mud
Heated mud and root extracts are poured on the body in celebration of
the unusual time called "Mud Season" between skiing and hiking. Mineral-rich mud
offers medicinal benefits and gently exfoliates the skin while increasing
elasticity and smoothness. This skin softening treatment ends with a body butter
application.
Back Country Bathing Ritual
A smooth compound of milk, honey, beeswax, sugar and essential oils to seal in
moisture and protect the skin is applied, then the body is submerged in a
foaming mud of mineral rich clay and spirulina. This strong detoxifying bath
pulls out the bad and leaves in the good. A moisturizing body lotion further
hydrates the skin.
Boot and Glove Relief
A raw mineral salt compound with essential oils fizzes and tingles when applied
to the feet, while a gentle callous reducer removes rough, dry and hard skin. A
soothing hydro soak is next, followed by a stimulating balm application from the
knees to the toes. The feet are gently wrapped with steaming towels to further
hydrate and soften the skin. Meanwhile, the hands have been resting in a
soothing and nourishing cast. A moisturizing application completes this needed
recovery.
Altitude Adjustment
A therapeutic massage using deep tissue and Swedish techniques to
relieve the stresses and strains related to travel and change of environment.
Essential oils of apple, lavender, peach and pine assist in nourishing the skin,
easing aches and pains, and calming the soul.
X-Stream Sports Mineral Wrap
A powerful body balm of essential oils heats and cools the muscles to help
reduce aches and pains while releasing built-up lactic acids and toxins hiding
deep in the tissue. Heated wraps soaked in a mineral tincture of salt, juniper,
blue cypress, pine and cedar wood stimulate drainage of the lymphatic system.
Streams of massage jets and a cascading waterfall shower rinse and cleanse the
body.

high altitude living. This soothing wrap is followed by a cool body spritz and
an application of SPF 15 moisturizing cream.
Douglas Fir Remedy
This woodsy and sweet aromatic treatment begins with a gentle fir
needle creamy cleanser followed by a cascade waterfall shower. A light fir
needle gommage exfoliates the skin before a body spritz and a warm hydrating oil
application complete this soothing, detoxifying and mineralizing remedy.
Alpine Berry Body Polish and Soak
Native berries, pine and wild honey join to create a warm body polish
to smooth skin and replenish hydrating fluids stripped away by Mother Nature. A
wild flower milk bath waits to soften and clear the skin of uneven textures and
color.

western red sandstone cliffs, once part of an ancient sea bed, recreate spring
